AIESEC Ying Yang (Party and Work)

Can you remember my article about day 7, or better said the WENA party afterwards? Unfortunately I just stayed until 3 a.m. As I've heard later on, I missed all the action :-) Around 2h30 it suddently started to rain. As it was a WENA party, of course no-one was disturbed by that. The party went on, just the Congress Committee kind of felt unhappy as the rain was about to destroy their electronical equipment (laptop, speakers etc :-) As they stopped the music, party people moved to the area around the fountain (see the pictures from my first day at IC) and started dancing around it in the rain. What an enthousiams (or could the alcohol have had a certain influence?? :-) Well, that was the time when I more or less voluntarily left the party, going to sleep. As said before I obviously missed the action as I've been told at the next day that later on people totally freaked out, having sex in the fountain!!


And that's not just it. Rumours said that around 50 girls tried to storm the boy's dormitories (you need to know that boys's and girls's dormitories were strictly seperated so that any sexual or whatever action could appear *g* Well.. didn't work out that well).

But of course we are not just partying as Olo assumed in his comment. At the legislation part of the conference our brave MCP Bene had to pass 107 motions before he could go to bed. Starting at 22h00 in the evening after the normal programe, legislation lasted till 06h40 in the morning!!!! No-one can say that we don't work hard in AIESEC.
